It's been a while since I ordered, what's going on?

Your order might be delayed for a few reasons. Most likely is due to a back-order of one of the products you ordered. If you have any questions please give our customer service department a call. Remember, we have a 95% fill rate on orders which means most of our products ship within 1-2 business days of being processed.

What happens if my item is on Backorder?

Your credit card is charged by us for the total amount of your order the day you place your order. If you are ordering multiple items and any item is backordered, we will contact you by email. You will be given the choice of cancelling the backordered item (and receiving a refund for that item),or waiting for the item to come in (usually backorders are filled within 2 weeks, but may sometimes take longer). If you choose to wait, the charge for the backordered item remains on your credit card. We clearly mark all Backorders on your invoice included in your shipment. All backordered items will be automatically shipped to you when available free of shipping charge. You may cancel and be refunded for any backorder by emailing us at any time before the backordered item ships.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

After adding the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, click "View Cart" in the upper right hand corner, and then scroll down and enter coupon code under "Redeem a discount coupon."

Is it Safe to Make Purchases?

Your information is safe during transmission. When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Pink Impulse uses 128-bit encryption coding which is virtually unbreakable.
