Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, pinkimpulse.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Sale items - No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be notified of next sale, join our e-mail list.
Stockings and panties are not refundable if opened or worn.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return / Exchange shipping cost is customer's responsibility.
Easy Return / Exchange Instructions
Need your Exchanged items as soon as possible? The fastest way is to reorder what you want online and return your unworn / unused items for a refund.
Carefully package the unworn / unused items to be returned and enclose instructions (including a copy of your invoice) indicating if you want a refund or an exchange.
If you want to exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like.
If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, your credit card will be either credited or charged for the difference.
Exchanges and Returns take about 10 days to process. Allow an additional 5 days to receive your exchange and for return credits to show up on your credit card statement.

Consider purchasing insurance and requesting a tracking number since PinkImpulse.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Also, this way you will know when your items have been delivered.
We'll either exchange or issue a credit to your credit card, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase within 15 days of receiving unworn / unused merchandise.
